The Commission

House & Room calculates the payment based on the length of rental (inclusive of tax):

for a single night: 20% + tax = 23,80 %
of the monthly rent for a rental of up to one month: 20% + tax = 23,80 %
of the monthly rent for a rental up to 2 months: 40% + tax = 47,60 %
of the monthly rent for a rental up to 3 months: 60% + tax = 71,40 %
of the monthly rent for a rental up to 4 months: 70% + tax = 83,30 %
of the monthly rent for a rental up to 5 months: 80% + tax = 95,20 %
of the monthly rent for a rental up to 6 months: 90% + tax = 107,10 %
of the monthly rent for a rental for 6 months up to 9 months: 100% + tax=119,00 %
of the monthly rent for a lease period of 9 months through 12 months: 120% + tax=142,80%
of the monthly rent for a rental over 12 months: 150% + tax =178,50 %

For unfurnished apartments, the commission is 150% plus tax = 178,50% of the monthly rent.
