The Commission |
House & Room charges the following commission for the incurring rent:
- Non-recurring 20 %* of the rent for a single night-lodging
- Non-recurring 20 %* of the monthly rent for a letting up to one month
- Non-recurring 40 %* of the monthly rent for a letting up to 2 months
- Non-recurring 60 %* of the monthly rent for a letting up to 3 months
- Non-recurring 70 %* of the monthly rent for a letting up to 4 months
- Non-recurring 80 %* of the monthly rent for a letting up to 5 months
- Non-recurring 90 %* of the monthly rent for a letting up to 6 months
- Non-recurring 100 %* of the monthly rent for a letting from 6 months to 9 months
- Non-recurring 120 %* of the monthly rent for a letting from 9 months to 12 months
- Non-recurring 150 %* of the monthly rent for a letting from 12 months on
*plus 19 % turnover tax for the incurring commission.
For unfurnished apartments, the commission is 150% plus 19% VAT of the monthly rent.
